Early Withdrawal

Students who withdraw within the first 14 days of course access and have completed less than 25% of course materials may be eligible for a partial refund.

Technical Issues

If persistent technical problems prevent course access for more than 72 hours, students may request a refund or course transfer to a later session.

Medical Circumstances

Students facing serious medical conditions that prevent course completion may be eligible for refunds with appropriate documentation from healthcare providers.

Refund Amounts and Processing

Refund amounts depend on several factors including timing of the request, course completion percentage, and specific circumstances. We aim to be fair while covering administrative costs and respecting the value of educational content accessed.

Full refunds (100%) are typically granted for course cancellations on our end or technical issues preventing access. Partial refunds (50-75%) may apply for early withdrawals or medical circumstances, while requests after significant course completion may result in smaller refunds or course credit options.

Important Processing Information

Refunds are processed using the original payment method within 5-15 business days after approval. International transactions may take additional time depending on your financial institution's processing procedures.

We cannot process refunds for completed courses, certificates already issued, or requests made more than 30 days after course completion. Students who have violated our academic integrity policies are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
